AV Operators - Depending on the complexity of your event and the technical elements, an AV technician may be required. On occasions more than one operator or technician may be needed. Having an operator ensures the technical elements will run smoothly from start to finish, enabling you to focus on all the other aspects of the event, or perhaps even relax a little. Additional equipment you’ll want to consider when having an event run by an operator are a vision switcher for seamless transitions between content, including any holding slides, logos, videos etc. that can be incorporated. A fold-back / confidence monitor should also be considered for your presenters to have a display on the floor in front of them or a smaller stage monitor beside the lectern, displaying their content. This will enable greater stage movement and your presenter won’t have to keep turning their back on the audience to check the main screens.
